I am having browser configuration issues. What do I do?

If you think you may have a problem with your web browser, please try accessing our Supported Browser site, in order to learn about Blackboard's supported browsers here at FIU Online, as well as information about Javascript, Cookies, and other software in our Browser Support Policy.

You can then ensure that your supported browser is up-to-date to run the Blackboard (Bb) Learn environment properly by performing a 'browser check' here on the Requirements Check page.

Please make certain that all items listed, contain green check marks to indicate that they are updated accordingly. However, for those that contain red x's, you will need to click on the 'here' link located on the right-hand side of said item, in order to update it on your computer system accordingly.
